Wind Ensemble

The Wind Ensemble is the premier auditioned ensemble at Anderson High School. Members of the Wind Ensemble are eligible to receive honors credit by fulfilling additional responsibilities in the class. All members of the Wind Ensemble perform in a Fall Concert, the Anderson High School Veteran's Day Convocation, a Winter Concert, a spring adjudicated event (either IMEA Festival or ISSMA Contest), and a Spring Variety Show.

Symphonic Band

Symphonic Band is a non-auditioned ensemble at Anderson High School. This group primarily consists of 1st through 3rd year players. All members of the Concert Band perform in a Fall Concert, a Winter Concert, a spring adjudicated event (either IMEA Festival or ISSMA Contest), and a Spring Variety Show.
